We must not judge the owners of these dogs who swallow weird things. The dog I have now swallows weird stuff. I have never seen him do it. But I've paid dearly at the emergency vets office and know it'll probably shorten his life drastically. Nobody knows why they do this. It's a strange thing. Hard on the dogs, and hard on their people as well.
