Phil Zeltzman, DVM, Dipl. ACVS, is a board-certified veterinary surgeon with a mobile practice based in Allentown, Pa. Zeltzman performs surgery on dogs, cats, and exotic animals. In 2007, he became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Zeltzman is also a certified surgeon for the Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO).
