For PC users:
Using "Windows Explorer"
1. In your address bar at the top type: ftp://ftp.bowtieinc.com
2. username is: ftpclient
3. password is: danny
4. Navigate to the Vet Practice News folder and drag your video into the “Videos” folder.
Mac Users:
Mac Users will need a third party application such as Fetch, Cyber Duck or Transmit to upload to an FTP site. These applications do have free trial versions available.
