Penn Vet has a new chair of the Department of Clinical Studies-Philadelphia: Dr. Oliver Garden, BSc, BVetMed, Ph.D. As the new chairperson, Garden will lead the department in providing the best in clinical care to companion animal patients at University of Pennsylvania Ryan Hospital for Companion Animals.
