Zoetis announces recipient of equine charity sweepstakes donationMarch 7, 2017New Start, the Pennsylvania Horsemen's Benevolence and Protective Association (PA HBPA), was the recent recipient of a $5,000 donation from Zoetis’ Equine Charity Sweepstakes. The donation was received by the David Marshall, DVM, the veterinarian who nominated the New Start while attending the 2016 American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) Annual Convention. He practices veterinary medicine at Penn National Race Course.
