Animal Abuse Workshop: Identification and Documentation of Crimes Against Animals Date/Time Apr 25, 2020 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM Description The University of Florida will be hosting an 3.5-hour workshop on the identification and documentation of animal abuse cases. This workshop will be open to veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other individuals interested in advancing their knowledge of identifying and documenting cases of animal abuse. Lecture topics will include an overview of crime scene investigation, review of forensic examinations of animals, and collection of evidence. This will be an interactive-distance program. This program has been approved for 3.5 hours of continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval.
