Project Sticker has launched "Tell Us Something Good," a storytelling campaign that supports mental health in the veterinary industry by encouraging professionals to share moments of purpose, pride, and connection. Project Sticker is a nonprofit initiative that helps veterinary professionals stay in the field by providing early mental health support and resources. Timed with Mental Health Awareness Month in May, the campaign invites individuals in any veterinary role to participate through notes, short videos, or social media posts.

The initiative seeks to counterbalance ongoing conversations about stress and burnout in the profession by highlighting experiences that help sustain those working in veterinary medicine. Participants can submit stories and access resources through the campaign's online hub.

"Veterinary professionals carry an extraordinary emotional load every day," says Krista Martin, MSSW, LCSW, C-AAIS, Project Sticker board member. "This initiative creates space to remember the moments that remind us why we chose this profession. Gratitude does not ignore the hard. It helps us move through it."

Grounded in positive psychology research, the campaign emphasizes the mental health benefits of reflecting on meaningful experiences.
